INNR - Wellbeing
This course is suitable for people experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and is also suitable for long-COVID, long term conditions and post-illness rehabilitation. It is offered as complementary therapy.
